What if I trip my alarm system accidentally

When we get an alarm signal, the first thing we do is to inform you of the alarm and determine whether an actual emergency exists. We can call your assigned numbers, send you a text message, and email to advise you of the alarm condition. You then have the opportunity to tell us it was an accidental alarm or to request information from police or fire responders.
